I completed my planned training this week. I'm most proud that I got my bike working right all by myself. This is after I had it in the bike shop and thought that it would be fixed. I won't take my bike back there. I just finished my bike ride. It was pretty fun. I road out to lake ming. I also swam three times this week. Once again I was on the verge of quitting before each workout, but I got out there anyway. I was always glad that I had the discipline to get out there. I always feel better after the workouts. Also my head stopped hurting. I think it was allergies. Just one day I noticed I felt better. I hope next week is as good as this week.

  1. Love the graph. You know you can get in those "sport" minutes Saturday mornings at 6:30.
    I thought I would do a 10 mile run a couple of weeks ago when we went to Pismo. I ran down the beach 5 miles then turned around. As I started back, my knee gave out, and I had to walk the rest of the way. I just ran again yesterday at the gym. I did a 5 mile run and felt o.k. But today I'm feeling it in my knee. I HATE this. I REALLY want to do the St. George.
