I feel good about this week even though the training got squashed. I had my bike in the shop and Thursday I had a doctor's appointment all afternoon. It was just a busy week around here. I shouldn't have played basketball on Tuesday. Anyway I put in a long bike ride on Saturday. I have been riding on the trainer. Now that my bike is working, I was excited to ride outside. I went to Round Mountain and that was fun. However, I discovered that I am a super slow cyclist. I am going to change my schedule to a little more cycling.
