Weekly Volume 2/15/2009-2/21/2009

I had fun on the bike this week- 4hr 15m. There was a time there Thursday when I just didn't see how I could get the week's volume in but I switched the schedule a bit and did a run and bike on the same day. I ended up 1hr short of my planned time because I was out late Fri. and Sat I only got an 1:30 in because of so much stuff going on. Next week I only have 9hr schedules so, if I do the same thing, I should get the full week in. I listened to Day & Age, and Viva La Vida on that Thursday run and it ended up being my favorite workout of the week.
